Graeme Hart
The 107-meter yacht Andromeda, which was initially named Ulysses while it was being built by Kleven Maritime AS, was purchased by New Zealand billionaire Graeme Hart for an astounding $275 million. The ship was completed in 2015 at the Stahlbau Nord shipyard in Bremerhaven with the assistance of Dorries Maritime Services. With a maximum speed of thirty kilometers per hour and a breadth of fifty-nine feet, Andromeda can accommodate thirty guests and forty-three crew members in opulent style. This expedition yacht is the second of its type that Kleven has arranged through Fraser Yachts as broker.

Hart’s story of rising from poverty to billionaire status is a well-known one. He began his career as a truck driver and worked his way up to become a billion-dollar packaging empire. He later expanded into equities and consumer goods. His rise to prominence placed him among the wealthiest people in both New Zealand and the world. His purchase of the stunning Andromeda is a testament to his taste in luxury and nautical adventure, in addition to his business skills.
